  1. WELCOME — AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
    Effective Date: September 22, 2025

We are a South Dakota LLC, operating in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Travel Visit Trip LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Wisconsin, United States at 1091 Sutherland Ave, River Falls, WI 54022, USA.

TravelVisitTrip.com provides transportation services in Wisconsin and Minnesota, including airport taxis and limousines for individuals and groups. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.


  1. LIMO DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & SERVICE POLICIES

Deposit Requirement
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, money orders, or cash.

Cancellation Policy — Grace Period
• 15-minute grace period from booking to cancel or make changes without charges.
• You may cancel within 30 minutes of booking with no fees if the vehicle has not been dispatched.
• After the grace period, standard cancellation terms apply.
• Some charges may still apply within the grace period depending on vehicle assignment and circumstances.

General Cancellations (U.S.A.)
• Pickups 12:01 AM–10:00 AM → Call at least 10 hours before pickup.
• Pickups 10:01 AM–12:00 AM → Call at least 6 hours before pickup.
• More than 3 business days before service: 50% cancellation fee (equal to your deposit).
• Within 3 business days of service: 100% non-refundable.

International Transfers
• Minimum 24 hours’ cancellation notice required.
• Four (4) business days’ notice required to avoid full charges.

Charter Services
• Minimum 72 hours’ cancellation notice required.

Additional Terms
• “No-show” or “No-go” charges may apply to late cancellations or dismissal of the vehicle, at our discretion.
• If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call us immediately before leaving the pickup location.


  1. WEDDING DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
    • 50% deposit required at booking to guarantee vehicle(s).
    • Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
    • Final payment due 30 days before the wedding date.
    • Prices subject to change until the final payment is received.
    • Outsourced Vehicles: If we must outsource a vehicle, the cancellation policy of the contracted company applies. We will inform you if your booking is outsourced.


  1. RESERVATION CHANGES & AIRPORT PICKUP POLICY

Reservation Changes
• Call us as soon as possible for adjustments.
• All changes must also be submitted via text message or email.
• Email changes to: info@bamiride.com
• Time Change Policy: Once an order is confirmed, time changes may not be possible. If available, a $25 fee applies to adjust the time.
• Grace Period for Changes: You may text, email, or call within 15 minutes after booking to request changes without penalty. After this, standard terms apply.

Airport Pickup Policy (Minnesota & Wisconsin Airports)
• Provide your flight number and travel date.
• No pickup time needed; we track your flight arrival.
• If your flight is delayed/rescheduled, we adjust automatically.
• If the new time changes by more than one hour, we’ll contact you by email or text to confirm.
• In rare cases where changes cannot be accommodated, we may need to cancel.

Gratuity Policy
• A mandatory 20% gratuity is added to all orders (taxis, limousines, and other services). The tip is distributed to your chauffeur/driver.


  1. EXTENDED BOOKINGS
    • You can book a vehicle and driver for a weekend or multiple days.
    • Common for team events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
    • Call us directly for scheduling and logistics.


  1. ONLINE QUOTES
    • Our online quote tool provides guideline pricing.
    • After submission, our agents review and confirm final pricing.
    • Online rates do not include wait time, toll bridges, or parking fees.


  1. ADDITIONAL COSTS
    Extra fees may apply for:
    • Child seats
    • Traveling with animals
    • Wi-Fi requests
    • Meet & greet services
    • Special requests or custom arrangements
    • Additional stops

Please disclose special requests at booking for accurate quotes.


  1. CAR SEATS
    • Car seats available upon request (5-point harness or booster) for a small additional fee.
    • Chauffeur will have the seat installed before departure. Please check and confirm installation before boarding.


  1. SERVICE ANIMALS
    • We comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Service animals are welcome.
    • Please inform us at booking to ensure a smooth experience.


  1. HANDICAP-ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES
    • We offer a 14-passenger ADA van and a 56-passenger motorcoach with a wheelchair lift.
    • Contact us for availability and reservations.


  1. VEHICLE RENTAL & DRIVING POLICY
    • For safety and insurance reasons, only Travel Visit Trip–approved/certified employees may drive our vehicles.
    • Customers are not allowed to rent or self-drive our vehicles.


  1. NOTIFICATIONS
    • Booking Confirmation: Email sent immediately after booking.
    • Trip Reminder: Sent 12 hours before your trip with your driver’s name and phone number.
    • Day-of Notifications: Optional texts when the chauffeur is en route, has arrived, passenger onboard, and drop-off complete.
    • Billing Notices: Invoices and receipts sent by email.


  1. CHAUFFEUR CONTACT INFORMATION
    • You will receive your chauffeur’s name and phone number in your booking confirmation email.
    • If you opt in to text notifications, you’ll also receive a text upon arrival.


  1. ALCOHOL POLICY
    • Alcohol permitted under these conditions:
    – All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 or older.
    – Minnesota: Alcohol only allowed if the vehicle has an LM license plate.
    – Wisconsin: Alcohol only permitted in vehicles licensed with PC authority from the State of Wisconsin.
    – If crossing the state line or picked up in Wisconsin, you must reserve a proper PC-licensed vehicle.

Important: State law requires PC numbers for limousine vehicles when crossing into or picking up in Wisconsin. Confirm at booking so we can assign the correct vehicle.


  1. ICE AVAILABILITY
    • Ice is provided in all limo-style vehicles.


  1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS / AFFILIATE AGREEMENT / THIRD-PARTY DRIVERS

  1. Agreement Parties
    • This Agreement is between Travel Visit Trip LLC (“Company”) and the Affiliate operating as an independent contractor (“Driver”).
    • Drivers may own/operate their own companies or work independently and still contract with Travel Visit Trip LLC, provided they comply with all Terms, including non-solicitation of our customers.

  2. Operational Guidelines
    • No cell phone use while transporting clients.
    • No passenger vouchers or signatures required.
    • Display only Travel Visit Trip LLC signage during client transport.
    • Arrive 15 minutes early; notify Dispatch upon arrival and when the client boards.
    • No subcontracting or unauthorized vehicle substitutions.
    • Do not release passengers or vehicles without Dispatch approval.
    • Report issues, delays, or unclaimed passengers to Dispatch immediately.

  3. Agreement Term and Termination
    • Agreement remains in effect as long as the Driver chooses to work with us.
    • Termination requires written notice.
    • Upon termination, Driver agrees not to contact or solicit customers previously serviced through Travel Visit Trip LLC for 60 days. (Company should have legal counsel review this clause under Minnesota and Wisconsin law.)

3.1 Contact Information Updates
• Drivers must re-confirm agreement to the Terms if they change email or telephone number.
• All official notices and updates are sent via email, which must remain valid and active.

  1. Branding & Licensing
    • Drivers may use their own vehicle branding so long as it does not conflict with Travel Visit Trip LLC trademarks or misrepresent affiliation.
    • Soliciting or diverting Travel Visit Trip LLC customers is strictly prohibited.
    • Unauthorized use of Travel Visit Trip LLC branding, logos, or trade dress is forbidden.

  2. Chauffeur Procedures
    • Adhere to all protocols.
    • For FBO pickups, check in with the tail number and notify Dispatch when the client boards.
    • Invoices must be submitted by 12:00 PM CST the following business day.

  3. Vehicle Requirements
    • All vehicles must have GPS/navigation.
    • Vehicles must be 10 years old or newer.
    • Vehicles must pass DOT inspections and/or meet Minnesota and/or Wisconsin state and local requirements for the service provided.

  4. Corporate & Insurance Requirements
    • Drivers must be legally incorporated.
    • Submit W-9 and valid Certificate of Insurance.
    • The relationship is intended as independent contractor status, but classification depends on the totality of the relationship under state law. Drivers are responsible for tax and self-employment obligations. Our practices must reflect independent contractor status.

  5. Minimum Insurance Coverage
    • Up to 15 passengers (including limousine services): $1.5M auto liability minimum (or higher if required by law).
    • 16+ passengers (large vehicle limousine/bus): $5–$10M auto liability minimum (depending on regulations and capacity).
    • Independent Contractors using their own vehicles: $300,000–$500,000 minimum auto liability (or higher if required by law).
    • Coverage must meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local rules for the specific service and vehicle capacity.

General Insurance Requirements
• Proof of insurance must be submitted and kept current; policy must name the Driver as insured.
• We may require being listed as an additional insured; the Driver agrees to update coverage if requested.

  1. Pre-Trip Inspection & Vehicle Verification
    • A Pre-Trip Inspection is required before each ride.
    • We will perform a full electric vehicle verification to ensure it is fully electric and operational (if applicable).
    • Inspection includes charging status and safety features (brakes, lights, tires).
    • Gas-powered vehicles or vehicles with faulty safety features are not eligible for transport.
    • If faults occur, the ride will be canceled and a replacement dispatched.
    • Drivers are responsible for verification before accepting any ride.

  2. Driver Training
    • Initial Training: Mandatory for all new drivers (policies, safety, customer service, tech; includes state law).
    • Ongoing Training: Refresher courses or updates as required.
    • Specialized Training: For ADA, airport, corporate, etc.
    • Certification & Costs: Company may require assessments; cost responsibility will be clarified.
    • Compliance: Completion required to maintain contract.

  3. Driver Guidelines
    • Vehicle Advertising: Temporary magnets/signs are okay during sign-up; disclose any permanent ads; you cannot promote those companies to our clients.
    • Client Interaction: Treat clients respectfully and honestly. No solicitation or diversion of Travel Visit Trip LLC clients for your own or competing services (even if asked).

  4. Agreement Acceptance
    • By signing up to drive, you agree electronically to these terms (E-SIGN Act; valid under state law).

  5. Payment Terms
    • See Payment & Processing Policy (Section 18).


  1. VIDEO AGREEMENT – USE OF DRIVER-PROVIDED RECORDING DEVICES

  1. Compliance with Laws
    • Drivers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws (audio/video recording and privacy).
    • Minnesota: Minnesota Statutes Chapter 626A.
    • Wisconsin: Wisconsin Statute 968.31.

  2. Notice to Passengers
    • Inform passengers that a recording device is in use via visible written notice in the vehicle.
    • Obtain explicit consent especially for audio recording where appropriate.

  3. Data Usage
    • Recordings may be used for disputes, accidents, or safety incidents.
    • Recordings may be shared with Travel Visit Trip LLC, law enforcement, or insurers as required by law or investigation.
    • Secure storage required: password protection, encryption, limited access.
    • Retain only as long as necessary and establish clear retention/destruction rules.

  4. Prohibited Use
    • Any illegal or unethical purpose.
    • Altering/manipulating recordings.
    • Public sharing or uses beyond this agreement.

  5. Liability
    • Travel Visit Trip LLC is not responsible for liabilities arising from drivers’ recording device usage.

  6. Indemnification
    • Drivers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Visit Trip LLC from claims or expenses arising from device usage.

  7. Retention
    • Retain recordings only as long as needed to comply with law or for safety/operational purposes.

  8. Device Specifications
    • Professionally manufactured devices only; no homemade devices.
    • Must not obstruct the driver’s view.
    • Install per manufacturer guidelines.

By using a recording device, the driver acknowledges these terms.


  1. PAYMENT & PROCESSING POLICY

  1. Cancellations & Deposits
    • If booked online, any cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable.
    • Deposits may be required for pickup; if required, they are non-refundable.
    • For trips over 10 miles to the pickup location, a 75% deposit of the estimated fare is required before pickup.

  2. Receipts
    • Email us the ride date/time, pickup/drop-off locations, and payment method (in-car or online) to obtain a receipt.

  4. Accepted Payment Methods
    • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Cash.
    • We do not accept PayPal.

  5. ID Verification
    • Credit cards, Venmo, Cash App: Photo ID name must match payment method. If not, pay by cash.
    • Zelle: No ID verification required.

  6. Credit-Card Requirements
    • Send a text confirmation when you have been picked up.
    • Send a second text at drop-off confirming the final fare.
    • These steps are required for fraud prevention and security.

  7. Phone Payments & Corporate Cards
    • Required: ID name matches company name on the card, plus either a company-issued business card or an email from a corporate address matching the card’s company name.
    • If you cannot provide this, payment cannot be accepted.
    • For over-the-phone payments, a copy/photo of your driver’s license must be emailed or texted before processing.

  8. Chargebacks & Disputes
    • If a chargeback/dispute is lost against us, we will file a small claims case against the responsible customer.

  9. Venmo & Cash App Verification
    • Text us from the phone number associated with your account.
    • Send a screenshot of your Cash App or Venmo payment QR code for records.

  10. How to Pay by Credit Card
    • Text 715-888-9555.
    • For corporate cards, email proof of authorization from a verified corporate email matching the company on the card.
    • Emails from public domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted—only official company domains.

  11. Submission of Verification Documents

  1. SMS (TEXT MESSAGING) OPT-IN / OPT-OUT POLICY

  1. Opt-In
    • By entering your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive SMS notifications, including confirmations, reminders, driver contact info, arrival alerts, and billing notices.
    • Message frequency varies by reservation.

  2. Opt-Out
    • Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
    • You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.

  3. Help
    • Reply HELP for assistance or call 715-888-9555.

  4. Message & Data Rates
    • Standard carrier rates may apply.

  5. Privacy
    • Your mobile information is used only for service-related communication and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.


  1. LEGAL VENUE & GOVERNING LAW
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin and Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
    • Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin or Minnesota, depending on jurisdiction.


  1. MASTER AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    • By booking, reserving, or contracting with Travel Visit Trip LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all sections of this Terms & Policies document, effective September 22, 2025.
